Happy as a pig....

... on top of a pile of mud! Stuck for an idea for a cake for my sister's birthday, the idea of a pig cake popped into my head though with limited time, I was completely unsure of how to go about this. Overhearing my mother say something to the dog along the lines of "happy as a pig in slop", I could only a pig in a giant mud pile. Though simple in design, it was perfect for her, including the partially mud covered pig who is obviously very happy.

Materials: Chocolate fondant, white cake, food coloring, buttercream frosting.
